In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid BOUSD email address is required to submit a ticket.PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING A TICKET
- Be as descriptive as possible when creating a work order. The more information you can provide will help our team resolve the issue more efficiently.
- As a general rule of thumb, restarting or shutting down your computer can resolve many issues, and is strongly recommended to perform this at least once a day. For laptop computers, please note that closing the lid does not necessarily restart or shutdown the computer.
- Due to periods of high ticket volume you may experience a delay in response from the team. We truly appreciate your patience during these times, as we strive to follow up with your ticket request in a timely fashion.
